About the Opportunity


As the Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Corporate and Strategy Officer. You will be responsible for managing financial operations across the organisation, providing crucial analytical and strategic support to the business , overseeing the day-to-day transactions team and ensuring all financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance requirements are met. This critical role combines hands-on financial control with high-level commercial acumen to support key business decisions, projects, and future investments. Your key deliverables will include:

  • Leading, managing, and supporting the Finance team, overseeing all operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Delivering timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of financial reports and analysis for the Board.
  • Leading the development of the annual budget and managing ongoing budget performance, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Managing all audit and compliance activities, including leading the annual external audit and conducting the internal audit program.
  • Partnering on strategic projects, including tenders, M&A analysis, due diligence, and business case development.
  • Engaging closely with senior management and internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support the delivery of organisational strategic objectives.
Ideal Profile:
  • CA/CPA qualified coupled with 5 years of experience in a similar, hands-on financial management role.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and mentor a team.
  • Demonstrated strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and business case development.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively at all levels.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, with an ability to interpret financial performance and provide strategic advice to support high-impact decisions.
